Unreal Engine v4.4.0 x64
This is unreal engine 4.4 release from UE4.
This version has ue 4.4.0 source4 and it is compiled for win x64.
Steps :

Extract all the files to your preferred location.

Run UnrealVersionSelector-Win64-Shipping.exe in \Engine\Binaries\Win64. it is at bottom of the files. It will register the file on windows.
3)then run ue4 editor and you should be good to go.
