RBDLab is a revolutionary tool for Blender. From fracturing objects, destroying them, and creating details with debris, dust, and smoke, to deforming metal, creating cloth, softbodies... all using rigidbodies, allowing an interaction between different types of simulations never seen before in Blender.

RBDLab has been in development for over 3 years. It has become more than just an add-on. It's essentially a complete simulation software within Blender.

Installation Note Officially Supported Versions are Blender 4.3 up to Blender 5.0.1 ONLY Make sure to update your Visual C++ to the latest version (v14.0) to avoid any errors while installing the Add-on

It does not support Blender 5.1+ out of the box because Blender 5.1 completely upgraded its underlying code dependencies to alignment with the VFX Platform of 2026 (upgrading to Python 3.13). This platform jump breaks the distances_win.DLL compiled binary built into this version of RBDLab
