Blind since birth, Lucia sits on her throne in the Underworld. She can’t see, but she perceives every moment in existence past, present, and future like pressure in the air. The creatures of the depths move in sync with her thoughts; they exist because she does. She understands the structure of time but can’t interfere with it. One change, and reality would quietly break. So she watches, and the universe holds.
