VC Heat distortion OSX by Mr.Stock

This is a tiny but long time waited plugin. There wasn't a reason for torrent (speaking about size) but as i find my self from time to time looking for progs or plugs and finding them on ArtFab although they were long gone expired links in the forum i decided to make this torrent for users that have similar needs or limited access to certain file storage domains. All greets to Mr.Stock as always.
