Bulkamancer Sculpts - Lord of the Rings: Witch King of Angmar (Statue)
Time for yet another ambitious release - welcome Witch-King on a Fell Beast (Lord of the Rings) by our returning guest artist Valentina Iudina. As you should be well-aware, we don't normally make creatures, but we do love to experiment and try out new things. So when Valentina offered to sculpt an entire fell beast for us, we couldn't pass up such an opportunity. However, sculpting it in our usual 1/8 scale would make very little sense, as the model would be too huge to be reasonable. So we downscaled it to the size we are more comfortable with - around 300mm in any one dimension. That put the model at 1/20 scale, so we can safely declare it as the first miniature by Bulkamancer Sculpts. Obviously, the scale affected the approach, and the Witch-King himself had to be proportioned in a way more suited for miniatures that we are used to, otherwise his clothes would be too thin to print. But hey, if that's not your cup of tea, we also prepared a couple alternative riderless versions - with an empty saddle and without a saddle at all!
- Scale: 1/20
- Dimensions: 361 x 308 x 314 mm
- Pieces: 30 + 20 alternative split for smaller printers. Uncut version is also included.
Options:
- With a saddle and a rider
- With an empty saddle
- Without a saddle
Files are available as unsupported STLs, presupported STLs and Lychee files (may differ per release).
