Illustrator for Beginners is part of our special week-long event Adobe Creative Apps for Beginners.

Photoshop might be the most commonly used Adobe software tool, but Illustrator is quite possibly your most powerful ally. One major plus? Illustrator allows you to make vector graphics, meaning you can create and resize images, logos, website buttons and more without worrying about a blurry end result.

This course, taught by Adobe pro Erica Gamet, will teach you how to import and export from Illustrator, along with all the basic skills you need to start making beautiful infographics, text overlays, and hundreds of useful user interface elements that will make your website stand out.

Adobe Illustrator software is the industry?s premier vector-drawing environment for creating graphics that scale across media. Capture your vision with shapes, color, effects, and typography
